Today, the club is honored and warmly welcomed by the presence of JEYSING MUTHIAH, an Asian Football Confederation (AFC) consultant on the club licenses.

He arrived in Cambodia this afternoon and took the opportunity to visit the club’s office in Borey Sunway Toul Kork and continue to talks with club leaders over the process of registering for a club license in Cambodia.

Mr. Jeysing expressed his admiration to Mrs. Puth Thyda, who is the first woman president in the history of football club in Cambodia and keen to push forward the development of football in Cambodia as well as neighboring countries. Through the love and will of the future as well as the direction of the club, Jeysing expects Boeung Ket to be a real professional club in Cambodia in the near future.

AFC Club Licsensing is a standard set of criteria set by the Asian Football Federation, will require each professional club to be properly licensed to obtain the license before attending the major tournament events, such as AFC CUP or AFC CHAMPION LEAGUE.
